This sounds like a stress-related illness. Though, there may be other factors involved.

Visit this website in my sources and look into the symptoms and stress relief and management tips.

Sorry to hear about your problems... I've gone through PTSD (i.e. hell) myself, and didn't have any of those sorts of symptoms (though obviously it's something that varies a lot depending on the person and the circumstances); however, a good friend of mine had a long history of panic attacks/anxiety disorder, with a lot of the symptoms you described. What he did -- and it has worked really well for him -- was a combination of therapy, which got him to sort of re-program himself and his way of thinking about things, his way of reacting to situations that made him stressed/anxious, and medication, which helped to fix some chemical imbalances. I believe this was only a temporary thing, and that he's off the meds now, but I'm not sure about that.

Although it doesn't sound specifically like your problems are coming from the overweight issue, that certainly doesn't help -- it strains your system (heart, etc.), and definitely doesn't make things easier. As someone else has said too, I'd suggest some gradual but steady weightloss through diet and exercise, plus some meditation if possible.

Good luck with it!

i am sorry to hear that you have heart problems in your family but lately this has been happening to me to. What i have done is take a day and relax. Go to the Spa maybe get some alone time with your spouse. everything that relaxes can help. If you honestly think that you have heart problems go to a doctor and have them take a blood sample this will tell you whether of not you need to worry
